2. Account Registration & User Obligations

1. You may register a personal account with valid email. You are solely responsible for keeping your username, login password and all account credentials confidential. Any orders, operations and transactions logged into your account shall be deemed authorized by yourself.
2. You shall not lend, resell, transfer or share your account with third parties. You must notify us promptly if your account suffers theft, leakage or abnormal login.
3. You promise all information submitted during registration and checkout (name, address, phone, email, payment information) is true, accurate and complete. We reserve the right to restrict or close accounts with false information.

3. Order, Payment & Transaction Rules

1. All product prices displayed on the website are final prices including tax unless specially marked. All prices are settled in the currency displayed on the page. Payment methods supported include mainstream credit cards, debit cards and other payment channels supported by Shopify.
2. An order is officially confirmed only after successful payment. We reserve the right to cancel unconfirmed, unpaid or abnormal orders.
3. You authorize us and Shopify payment service providers to complete payment deduction, fund verification and transaction reconciliation for your orders. All payment data is processed in compliance with our Privacy Policy.
4. We reserve rights to correct obvious pricing errors caused by system bugs, typographical mistakes. If a commodity is priced abnormally low due to system failure, we can cancel the relevant order with full refund.

4. Shipment, Delivery & Receipt

1. We arrange delivery within the processing time stated on each product page after payment confirmation. Total delivery time equals order processing time plus international logistics transit time, which is affected by customs clearance, transportation and regional factors.
2. You must provide complete and accurate receiving address and contact phone number. Failed delivery caused by wrong address, unreachable contact or recipient refusal shall be borne by you, and return freight will be deducted from your refund.
3. Please inspect parcels upon receipt. If the package is damaged, lost or missing items, you need to provide photos of outer package and goods damage within 48 hours after signing for application for compensation.

• Hack, attack, interfere with website operation, implant malicious programs, crawl data in batches without permission;
• Conduct fraud, arbitrage, malicious order brushing, malicious returns and other improper acts;
• Resell, reproduce, copy all website text, pictures, design content for commercial use without written permission of Shenyang Fuzhuda Trading Co., Ltd.

1. We guarantee the quality of physical goods sold, but we do not promise absolute zero delay in logistics. Force majeure including natural disasters, epidemic control, customs inspection, carrier outages lead to delayed delivery, and we shall not be liable for liquidated damages.
2. We do not control third-party jump links on the website. All third-party websites accessed via our links are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we bear no responsibility.
3. Our website will try its best to ensure stable access, but temporary downtime caused by platform maintenance, server failure, network failure is acceptable, and we are not liable for resulting losses.
